This process is for those who wish to join our faith community. Our RCIC program (youth/teens) meets on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 7:15pm with our PSR students. Our adults in the RCIA program meet on Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm-8:00pm. All candidates must attend weekly catechetical sessions beginning in September and are received into the Church at Easter Vigil Mass. Team members including sponsors, catechists and hospitality members are an essential part of this group and we are always looking for volunteers to join in our efforts. Please contact Alice Blair for more information at (225) 647-6588 or email@example.com.

Classes begin in August and conclude in March. We are always in need of catechists and aides. All volunteers must complete a video certification and background check for Child Safety purposes. Children’s church provides a colorful view of scripture for children ages 3-6. The ministry provides children a warm, welcoming environment that will inspire them to learn, pray and grow as disciples in our community of faith. Come grow up with us as a catechist (teacher-adult volunteer) at the 9:30am mass. A training session as well as a background check is required of all volunteers. Please contact Duke Soulier for more information at (225) 647-6588 or email@example.com.
Vacation Bible School
Join us for a week of fun with the young children of our parish. Vacation Bible School takes place at the end of July and is open to children in grades K-8. High schoolers are welcomed to volunteer as Assistant Group Leaders well. There is also space for younger siblings in our babysitting group. Lots of fun for volunteers to help these young children learn about God in a playful setting. Volunteers will need to complete a background check. Please contact Duke Soulier for more information at (225) 647-6588 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
